This release brings significant new functionality to estimating and scheduling, alongside user experience upgrades and a large number of bug fixes addressing issues across the platform.
What's New at a Glance

Feature Highlights
Undo/Redo in Estimates You can now easily revert accidental changes or redo actions while working within both House Plan Estimates and Job Estimates. This highly requested feature provides greater flexibility and reduces the risk of losing work during complex estimating processes.
Delete/Undelete Schedule Tasks Gain more control over your schedule templates and active job schedules. Tasks can now be marked for deletion and subsequently restored if needed, preventing permanent loss and allowing for easier template management. (Note: See Known Issues regarding mobile app visibility).
Fullscreen Gantt Charts Maximize your view of complex schedules! A new 'Fullscreen' icon has been added to all Schedule Gantt Charts and Schedule Templates, allowing you to expand the chart to fill your entire screen for better analysis and planning.
Other Improvements
Watermarked Document Previews: For improved document control, previews of generated documents will now display a watermark.
Streamlined Support Interaction: Accessing support is easier; the "Send Message to Support" button now directly launches the Intercom chat messenger.
Smarter Job Order Scheduling: To keep schedules cleaner, schedule tasks will now only be automatically created for Job Orders added to a job if their associated amount is not zero.
Quicker Task Editing: Double-clicking directly on a task bar within any Gantt chart view will now open the 'Edit Task' dialog, saving clicks.
Clearer Variation Status: A checkmark icon will now appear in the VAR/CO column within Job Estimates to clearly indicate variations that have been confirmed.
Refined Reporting: Functionality added to exclude 'Completed' jobs from certain reports, helping you focus on active and upcoming work. (Specific reports may vary).
Financial Report Formatting: The 'Breakeven' value in the Financial YTD Averages Report will now be displayed as a whole number for clarity.
iOS Schedule Task Display: The display of schedule tasks on the iOS mobile app has been simplified by removing the hour/time component.
Fixed Issues
Gantt Chart & Scheduling Fixes:
Resolved an issue where successor tasks did not move correctly when their predecessor task's date was changed.
Fixed a bug where the parent task progress ('Done %') incorrectly reset to 0% after the parent task was unmarked as 'Excluded from duration'.
Corrected an issue preventing searching within combined Gantt chart views.
User Interface & Validation:
Fixed instances where two different validation messages could be displayed simultaneously for the same validation rule.
The horizontal scroll bar no longer disappears incorrectly after zooming in on a browser page.
The mandatory 'Salesperson' field in House and Land Package creation is now correctly highlighted as required.
An error message (
msg_field_invalid_format) that appeared after deleting an added non-working date without saving has been resolved.Fixed navigation issue where users were incorrectly sent to the Quote tab when processing a House and Land Package with a Floor Area of 0.
Resolved an issue where the "Add Orders to Job Schedule" dialog would incorrectly appear when saving Job Estimates for jobs without an existing schedule.
Fixed an incorrect "Format not correct" message appearing in the non-working dates settings.
Data & Reporting Accuracy:
Corrected the paid amount calculation on Progress Claim Statements.
Ensured that blocked offices are correctly visible within the Contracts Manager view.
Resolved an issue causing missing entries on the construction worksheet.
Addressed an issue causing the Preconstruction worksheet to disappear during processing.
Enabled the ability to search SMS messages by date.
Production & Specific Scenario Fixes:
Investigated and addressed Slab Date trigger issues for specific jobs.
Resolved an issue preventing a specific old job from being finalised.
Implemented blocking for the Rototura NZ office as requested.
Addressed an issue requiring changes to creation dates for a list of leads.
Investigated and corrected the default 'No. Units' value for a specific job scenario.
Technical & Administrative Updates
Intercom Security: Implemented Identity Verification (HMAC) for the Intercom messenger integration for enhanced security.
Known Issues
Mobile: Tasks marked as deleted in the web application may still be displayed in the Mobile App.
Estimates/House Plans: An error (
23502) may occur when copying house plan estimates between specific offices (Lakeland to St. Augustine). Incorrect profit calculation may occur in HLP quotes.Reporting:
A SQL error message may appear on the Job Schedule Worksheet Summary report.
Start dates on the Job Schedule Worksheet Summary Report may not match the construction schedule.
The dialog showing the link to a generated report sometimes appears behind the report filters dialog.
Financial YTD Averages Report Inaccuracies: Several issues are known with this report, including:
Sales calculation doesn't factor 'Receive Money' transactions from Xero.
Net Profit calculation issues.
GP/NP figures mismatch in the first month of the financial year.
GP/NP figures mismatch compared to the Profit on Finalized Jobs Report.
Incorrect calculation for Advertising % Sales.
Anomalous Finalised Job NP% values.
Cumulative calculation used for Wages.
Some advertising accounts not showing data.
UI Issues: An expanded list can sometimes overlay on top of the main navigation bar. An incorrect 'Required Field' message may display on the Quote tab.
User Management: An issue exists preventing the creation of master users.
Scheduling: CCO tasks linked to Critical Paths may be duplicated in schedules. (Note: Further fixes for task duplication were released later).
