Client Guide to the Customer Portal

Learn to navigate the Customer Portal: access documents, sign electronically, view financials, and see construction photos of your new home.

Welcome to the G.J. Gardner Homes Customer Portal. This guide will help you navigate and utilise the portal effectively to stay informed about your new home construction project.

Overview

The Customer Portal provides easy access to important information related to your new home, including:

  • Shared documents

  • Electronic document signing

  • Job financials

  • Construction photos

This guide is designed for customers. For information on uploading content or inviting clients to the portal, please refer to our builder-specific documentation.

Logging In

To access the Customer Portal:

  1. Visit your regional login URL for the Customer Portal:

  2. Click Login

  3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your account

  4. Click Login

See these reset password instructions if you have forgotten your password.

Selecting a Job

If you've previously built with G.J. Gardner Homes:

  1. Look for the Job dropdown next to the logo

  2. Click to select the relevant job

Features of the Customer Portal

Shared Documents

Here you can view important documents shared by your G.J. Gardner team:

  • To view a document: Click the View button next to the document name

  • Documents may include: Signed contracts, specifications, and plans

Note: Always check with your G.J. Gardner Homes franchise for the most recent versions of documents.

Electronic Signatures

If you've consented to electronic signatures:

  • View the status of documents sent for e-signing

  • Sign outstanding documents

To sign or decline a document:

  1. Click the Sign button next to the relevant document

  2. Follow the prompts in the eversign popup to complete the process

Financial Records

This section displays your job's financial history:

  • View status of all draws, change orders, and payments

  • Each row represents a different Draw

  • Click the arrow on the left side of a Draw row to see associated payments

Note: There may be a delay between when invoices or payments are sent and when they appear here. For questions about financials, contact your G.J. Gardner Homes franchise.

Photos

View photos of your construction progress:

  • Photos are uploaded by your construction supervisor

  • Check this section regularly for visual updates on your build

  • Regularly check the portal for updates
