This month's release is dedicated to improving the stability and reliability of your core workflows. We've addressed several key bugs based on your feedback to deliver a smoother and more intuitive user experience. These updates focus on ensuring data accuracy in estimating, eliminating critical errors, and streamlining administrative tasks.

Critical Bug Fixes

  • Repaired Links to Sales and Job Docs Folders: Broken links to the Sales Folder and Job Docs Folder from the file area in active jobs have been fixed. You can now access these Google Drive locations directly without encountering a 404 error.

  • Contact Details Can Be Updated Reliably: An issue that prevented users with the correct permissions from saving changes on the Customer contact tab has been fixed. You can now reliably update customer details, such as marketing preferences.

  • Resolves Critical Error When Changing a Critical Path: An issue that caused a critical error when adjusting a schedule's critical path has been resolved. The system will now also display a clear warning message if it detects a scheduling loop (cyclic dependency), identifying the specific task causing the issue so you can correct it quickly.

Data Management & Validation

  • Bulk Update Task Log Now Displays Folder Validations: The Bulk Update Task Log now correctly displays the status and results for 'Validate Folders' and 'Validate Offices' tasks. This provides clear visibility into the completion of these administrative functions.

  • Prevents Duplicate Items When Cloning House Plans: When cloning House Plans between offices, the system now intelligently reuses existing items and components with a matching code, description, and unit of measure, instead of creating duplicates. This keeps your database clean and ensures consistency.

Pricing & Display Fixes

  • Price Column Correctly Displays Decimals: The Price column within the 'Find Items & Components' window now accurately displays prices with two decimal places, ensuring your financial data is clear and precise.

  • Restored Right-Click Menu in Website Descriptions: The right-click menu in the 'Website Description' field for House and Land Packages has been improved. You can now use your browser's native context menu to easily copy and paste text, speeding up your workflow.

User Experience Improvements

  • SMS Templates Populate Correctly: A fix has been implemented to resolve a parsing error with SMS templates. Templates will now populate correctly, even when containing special characters like a hash (#) at the end of the text.

  • User Creation Settings are Retained: When creating a new user, the Allow User Access for Other Offices setting will now save correctly upon processing if it was used. This removes the need to manually re-select the option after the user has been created.

Known Issues

No new critical known issues have been introduced with this release. The development team continues to monitor platform performance and address any ongoing items in future updates.
