We've resolved nine important issues to improve data access, ensure pricing accuracy in House and Land Packages, and streamline core processes like completing a sale. These updates are designed to provide a more stable and predictable user experience across the platform.
Improvements
House & Land Packages
More Efficient Saving Workflow for House & Land Packages: We've streamlined the saving process for House and Land Packages. You will no longer be unnecessarily redirected to the Design tab after saving changes, allowing you to continue your work on the current tab without interruption.
User Management
Clearer User Status Display During Deletion: To improve clarity, the user status displayed during the deletion process has been updated. The internal status IN_DELETION
is no longer visible, providing a cleaner and more professional experience when managing user accounts.
System Administration
Clearer Error Messages for Scheduled Tasks: Users will now see more informative and actionable error messages for failed scheduled tasks. This enhancement makes it easier to troubleshoot issues like ToDo generation failures, improving overall system administration.

Error When Accessing Jobs with Missing Google Drive Folders: Resolved a critical error that prevented users from opening a job when its associated Google Drive folder was missing or inaccessible. You can now access job details without interruption, ensuring workflows can continue even if there are issues with the linked cloud storage.
Expired Links for Printed Job Order Documents: Fixed an issue where links to newly generated job order documents would sometimes expire immediately. The system now reliably provides a valid link, ensuring you and your team can always access important documents when needed.
Sales & Jobs
'Complete a Sale' Workflow Failures: Fixed a critical error that prevented some office users from using the 'Complete a Sale' workflow. All users with the correct permissions can now successfully complete the sales process and create a new job without encountering errors.
House & Land Packages
Custom Display Prices for House & Land Packages Maintained Correctly: Corrected an issue where a custom override price for a House and Land Package would reset to the default after making other changes. Your custom pricing will now be saved reliably, giving you confidence that the correct prices are displayed.
Estimating & Setup
All Takeoff Parameters Visible in Setup: Resolved a bug that prevented some user-created takeoff parameters from appearing in the Setup > Estimating > Takeoff Parameters
list. You now have complete visibility of all parameters, making setup and management more straightforward.
Contacts & Leads
Incorrect "null" Text in New Contact Addressee Field: We've resolved an issue where "null" was incorrectly added to the addressee field for new business contacts created from website leads. Your contact data will now be cleaner and more professional.
Known Issues
No new critical known issues have been introduced with this release. The development team continues to monitor platform performance and address any ongoing items in future updates.
