Improved Accuracy for WIP Formula:
The Work in Progress (WIP) formula has been updated to more accurately handle fixed-price contracts. The calculation now prevents the "Claimed to Date" value from exceeding the total contract value, even if invoice percentages are over 100%, ensuring more precise financial reporting. Learn more

[Franchise Support] Intercom Integration Now Includes Office Data: To improve support team efficiency, our Intercom integration now automatically sends company (office) ID and name. This helps our support staff immediately see which office a user belongs to, leading to faster and more relevant assistance.

Increased Email Subject Line Character Limit:
The character limit for email subject lines has been increased from 70 to 200 characters. This allows for more descriptive subjects and prevents truncation, especially when using email templates with placeholders.

Streamlined User Deletion Process:
We've improved the user deletion flow for users with the salesperson role. The system will no longer show an unnecessary lead reassignment prompt when deleting users who are already set to 'Inactive' or 'Transferred', making user administration cleaner and more efficient.

Resolved US JasperReports Connectivity Issue:
Addressed an issue affecting US reports. The issue was caused by a missing security group rule after a database replica was updated. This has been corrected, and all reporting functions are fully restored.

Corrected Balance Display for Credit Variations/Change Orders:
Fixed an issue where credit variations/change orders could be marked as "paid" but still incorrectly show an outstanding balance. This was caused by duplicate payment entries and has been resolved to ensure all claim/draw and statement balances are accurate.

Resolved Xero Job Cost Mismatch: Addressed a unique data discrepancy issue for a specific office where job costs in G.J. Software did not match Xero. Missing expense records have been corrected, and steps were taken to resolve connection issues to ensure financial data is accurate.

Vendor Reports No Longer Sent to Suppliers with No Tasks:
Resolved an issue where the Vendor Report feature was sending blank reports to all suppliers, regardless of their schedule. The system now correctly sends reports only to suppliers who have tasks scheduled within the specified timeframe.

Removed False Cyclical Dependency Errors in Schedules:
Resolved an issue where the system would incorrectly report cyclical dependencies for some job schedules even when none existed. The Gantt chart and schedule will now load without this false error.

Column Widths in "Add Items" Dialog Now Saved:
Fixed a bug in the Find Items & Components dialog where column width preferences were not being saved. Column widths you set will now be retained during your session, and columns will auto-size to fit content, improving usability when adding items.

Fixed Intermittent Error When Saving House and Land Packages:
Fixed an intermittent null pointer exception that could occur when creating or saving changes to House and Land Packages. Users can now process HLP changes without encountering this error.
