This release focuses on resolving specific bugs reported by users to ensure smoother workflows and more reliable data within the GJS platform.

Fixed Issues

Construction Schedules

Construction Schedule Task Duplication: Resolved an issue where tasks linked to critical paths could sometimes be duplicated within a construction schedule if they were removed from and then re-added to the critical path definition. This fix prevents redundant tasks from appearing in schedules, ensuring greater accuracy and reducing potential confusion during project management.

Financial Reporting

Financial Report Consistency: Corrected a discrepancy where the Gross Profit % and Net Profit % figures displayed on the Financial YTD Averages Report did not align with the corresponding figures on the Profit on Finalized Jobs Report for the same reporting period. Both reports now show consistent Gross Profit % and Net Profit % values, ensuring accurate financial analysis.

Lead Management

Lead Notification Source Accuracy: Addressed an issue where email notifications for new leads generated from "Social Media" incorrectly displayed the source as "Facebook". The email notification template has been updated to accurately reflect "Social Media" as the source, aligning with the information displayed within the contact record in GJS.

Changes to Be Aware Of

No significant user workflow changes have been introduced in this release. These updates focus solely on resolving the specific issues listed above.

Known Issues

When exporting very large reports (over 10,000 rows), the system may experience a slight delay. The development team is working on a resolution for this in an upcoming release.

What's Next

The development team is actively working on improvements and new features for future releases. We're working closely with representatives of the Franchise Tech Advisory Council on prioritising your feedback and ideas. Your input continues to be valuable in shaping the future of GJS, so please continue to share your thoughts.
