This month’s release focuses on reducing manual data entry and smoothing out communication workflows. We are introducing a smart address autofill system to streamline how you enter addresses, adding support for larger file attachments in emails, and improving administrative visibility over user activity.
New Features
Smart Address Search & Autofill:
We have overhauled address entry across the entire system. You can now search and select addresses from a unified database, which automatically populates the correct details and coordinates. This eliminates the need to manually copy Google Maps URLs and ensures consistency across Leads, Contacts, Jobs, and House and Land Packages.
Improvements
Large File Support for Emails:
Send high-resolution plans and documents without worry. The system now supports larger attachments when sending emails from Leads, Contacts, and Jobs. If a file exceeds the standard email size limit, the system will automatically convert it into a secure Google Drive link within the email body, ensuring your message is always delivered.
Formula Propagation Prompts:
To help keep your pricing consistent, the system now proactively prompts you to propagate formula changes to other plans or estimates immediately after you perform a Recalculate or Process action. This safeguards against pricing mismatches when updating complex components.
Flexible Lead Capture:
We have updated the validation logic for incoming web leads. Leads arriving with a valid phone number but no email address are now successfully captured and processed in the system, ensuring you never miss a potential client opportunity due to missing data fields.
Enhanced User Management Sorting:
Managing users is now easier for system administrators. In the Corporate and Master Zones, you can now sort your user lists by System Role, Google Drive Ownership, and Last Login Date. This allows you to quickly identify who controls drive data or audit user activity.
Known Issues
No new critical known issues have been introduced with this release. The development team continues to monitor platform performance and address any ongoing items in future updates.
Availability
This update is currently live in New Zealand and will be generally available in all regions on 25 November 2025.
