The Construction Schedule Worksheet is an essential tool for supervisors to confirm that subcontractors and suppliers assigned to tasks are available on the scheduled date. The Supervisor will enter who they spoke with in the Confirmed With section, the date they made the call in the On Date, and the For Date is the date they confirmed they will attend. Supervisors should then update the start date in the schedule to match the For Date to ensure the schedule reflects the most up-to-date information.
