The Supervisor Schedule Report allows users to generate detailed reports for construction schedules, providing a comprehensive overview of tasks, their statuses, and assigned supervisors. This report can be filtered to include specific supervisors, job statuses, and formats.

Generating the Schedule Report

  1. Open the Construction Schedules Page

    • Navigate to the Construction Schedules page from the main menu.

  2. Access the Schedule Report

    • On the toolbar, locate and click the File button.

    • Select Schedule Report from the dropdown menu.

  3. Define Report Filters

    • In the Job Construction Schedule Report Filters form, you will see several options to customise your report:

    • Supervisor: By default, the report includes all supervisors. You can select an individual supervisor from the dropdown menu. Reports for jobs not assigned to a supervisor can also be generated.

    • Worksheet Format Checkbox: Disabled by default. Enabling this option prints the report in a worksheet format, ideal for manual entry and updates.

    • Only Active Jobs Checkbox: Enabled by default. This option includes only active jobs in the report, excluding those with a handover date.

    • Only Not Completed Jobs Checkbox: Disabled by default. Check this box to print schedule reports only for jobs that do not have a completion date.

    • Show Completed Tasks Checkbox: Disabled by default. Check this box to include tasks in schedule reports that have been completed.

  4. Preview the Report

    • Click the Preview button to open the report in Jasper Reports. This allows you to review the report before printing. Each job will be separated on a different page, and reports will be grouped by supervisor.

  5. Print the Report

    • If you prefer to generate a PDF directly without previewing in Jasper Reports, click the Print button. This will create a PDF of the report with the defined filters and options.

By following these steps, you can efficiently generate a detailed schedule report, tailored to your specific needs and preferences. This helps in tracking job progress, managing tasks, and ensuring that supervisors have the necessary information to keep projects on track.
