Schedules are essential for effectively tracking and managing tasks for various stages of a job. By visualising tasks and their dependencies with a Gantt chart, you can ensure timely and efficient project completion. This guide covers viewing, creating, editing, and deleting schedules for construction, preconstruction, maintenance/warranty, and sales activities.
List of Schedules
You can view schedules and plan all required activities effectively, visualising them with a Gantt chart.
Accessing Schedules:
On the navigational sidebar, select Schedules.
Once the Schedules section expands, choose the relevant schedule type: Construction, Preconstruction, Maintenance/Warranty, or Sales.
Displayed Information: For each schedule type, the following information is displayed:
Job #: Number of the job
Customer: Name of the customer
Site: Site address
Start: Start date
End: End date
Duration: Duration of the schedule
Claim/Draw Rule: Applied claim/draw rule
Supervisor: Supervisor responsible for the schedule
To Do’s: Flag indicating the presence of ToDo items

Creating Schedules
Creating a Schedule:
On the Schedules page, click Create New Schedule.
In the Create New Schedule form, specify the following:
Select Job: Choose the job for the schedule. You can enter the Job number, Customer name, or Site address.
Template: Select the schedule template.
Click Create. The schedule page opens, displaying stages and tasks.
Editing a Schedule
On the Schedules page, locate the schedule you want to edit.
Hover over the schedule until action icons appear.
Click the Edit icon or click the row corresponding to the schedule.
Make the necessary modifications.
Click Process to save changes.
Deleting a Schedule
On the Schedules page, locate the schedule you want to delete.
Hover over the schedule until action icons appear.
Click the Delete icon.
Confirm the removal of the schedule.
